What we collect, and what we do with it

Who we are

When They Ask AI is an AI search visibility service operating from Las Vegas, Nevada. You can reach us at alex@wtaiagency.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your data.

What this site loads

Nothing from anyone else. This site serves its own HTML, stylesheet and a small form helper from its own domain. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded widgets. The enquiry helper prepares a request locally and opens your email app. Paid checkout redirects to Stripe, then a separate form securely sends business details to us. A payment reference may be kept in session storage until submission, so refreshing the form does not require another payment. It can also copy the request at your direction. Our site code does not set tracking cookies. Hosting or access-control services may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the site.

What we collect

For email enquiries and paid audit requests, we collect the business information you provide: your business name, category, city, website if supplied, email address and anything else you add to the message. The free-check and email enquiry forms prepare a message in your own email app. After Stripe payment, the paid intake form sends business details to our server and stores them with the payment reference so we can prepare your audit.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare the check you asked for and to reply to you. We do not sell your information, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If you stop replying, we stop writing.

Who else can see it

Your email provider and ours carry the message under their own terms. Stripe processes payment and payer information. We do not receive or store card numbers. Our hosting provider stores paid audit requests, and Resend processes transactional emails containing request details. These providers process information to deliver the service; we do not use it for advertising.

Business information in our reports

Our reports contain information published about businesses in public sources — search results, AI answers, business profiles, directory listings and company websites — recorded as it appeared on the date named in each report. Client and prospect reports are marked noindex and excluded from our public navigation and sitemap. This requests exclusion from search results; it is not access control. Anyone with an unlisted URL may be able to read the report. If you are a business owner and want your company's report corrected or removed, write to us and we will do it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept while we work together and afterwards for as long as accounting rules require.

Your rights

Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Nevada residents may also ask us not to sell their personal information — we sell it to no one, so that request is satisfied by default.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
